According to part six of Article 257 of the Customs code of Ukraine, to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", to No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of effective implementation of the automated systems and the corresponding software I ORDER:
1. Item 4 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 8, 2022 No. 55 "About approval of Changes in the Procedure for filling of customs declarations on the form of the single administrative document", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 23, 2022 for No. 249/37585, to state in the following edition:
"4. This order becomes effective in three months from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine".
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
