I DECIDE:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 22, 2019 No. 74 "About some questions of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service and anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-corruption service)" the following changes:
To be reworded as follows the regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix 1 to this Decree (further – the Provision);
to be reworded as follows the structure of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix 2 to this Decree.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing. At the same time the paragraph of the seventh of the subitem 1) of Item 14 of the Provision is effective till December 30, 2023.
