1) in Article 7:
a) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" shall be replaced with words "The Russian state library";
b) the paragraph one of Item 3 to state in the following edition:
"3. Producers of documents within seven days from the date of issue of the first batch of circulation of printing editions bring with use of information and telecommunication networks two obligatory copies of the printing editions electronically certified by the qualified digital signature of the producer of the document to the Russian state library.";
2) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of Article 12 of the word "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" shall be replaced with words "The Russian state library";
3) in paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 17 of the word "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" shall be replaced with words "The Russian state library";
Paragraph two of Item 6 of Article 18 to state 4) in the following edition:
"The direction of obligatory copy of soundtracks and videos in National Library of Russia is assigned to the Russian state library.";
5) in Item 1 of Article 19:
a) in the paragraph the second the words "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" to exclude;
b) in paragraph three of the word "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" to exclude;
c) in paragraph nine of the word "ITAR-TASS News Agency (ITAR-TASS)" to exclude;
