1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 21, 2018 No. 67 "About approval of the List of imported goods on which the value added tax is paid by method of offsetting and rules of its forming" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16509) the following changes:

"For the purpose of realization of Item 1 of Article 427 and Item 1 of article 428 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) I ORDER:";
The list of imported goods on which the value added tax is paid by offsetting method, approved by the specified order to state in edition according to appendix to this order;
in Rules of forming of the List of imported goods by which the value added tax is paid by method of offsetting, approved by the specified order:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules determine procedure for forming of the List of imported goods on which the value added tax is paid by offsetting method, according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) (further – the List).";
3) of item 4 to exclude the subitem.
2. To provide to department of tax and customs policy of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
