About modification of some legal acts in the field of land use

Article 1.

Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:

5) in Article 20:

a) state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12) transfer of agricultural holdings (the ploughland, lands occupied with long-term plantings, deposit, cultural pastures, haymakings of radical improvement, pasture of radical improvement) in other types of grounds or in other categories of lands, except for subjects of land amnesty;";

b) state Item 16 in the following edition:

"16) transfer of lands of forest fund in other categories of lands, except for subjects of land amnesty;";

c) state Item 20 in the following edition:
