About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state assistance in the field of information technologies"

Article 1. In article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state assistance in the field of information technologies" of December 17, 2014 ZR-245-N (further – the Law):

1) Article to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The following business entities can file petition on certification:

1) the commercial organizations which received state registration in the Republic of Armenia, except for economic associations, subsidiary companies, branches and representations of foreign legal entities;

2) the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Armenia.";

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The business entities filing petition on certification shall meet the following requirements:

1) stipulated in Item 2 parts 1 of article 3 of this Law are created only for the purpose of implementation of activities from structure of types of activity;

2) are not created as a result of reorganization of other business entity;

3) any of shareholders (participants) after entry into force of this Law is not shareholder or the participant or stopped activities (struck off the state register) the individual entrepreneur of liquidated company in the field of information technologies;

4) any of shareholders (participants) or the individual entrepreneur who filed petition on certification are not shareholder or the member of other business entity who is in process of bankruptcy;

5) the number of workers does not exceed 30 people.".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law:

Number "5" to replace 1) with number "7";

Part to add 2) with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) the representative of the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia performing administration in tax and customs spheres;";

The word "two" to replace 3) in item 4 with the word "tri".".
