About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973, the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of April 19, 2005 No. 18 "About approval of the Instruction about monitoring of the National housing programme";
the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2008 No. 49 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus";
the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2012 No. 17 "About limit establishment of rates of expense of basic construction materials on 1 square meter of total area of object";
the resolution of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2019 No. 37 "About approval of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on holding procedures of purchases in case of construction".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
