About modification of article 6 of the Law on non-profit organizations No. 86/2020
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In part (5) article 6 of the Law on non-profit organizations No. 86/2020 (2020, 193, Art. 370) words "services and/or to support the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. financially or free of charge" shall be replaced with words "free of charge services and/or to support financially".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
