For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Regional Development in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of October 17, 2019 No. 199-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for provision of administrative services in the field of construction and creation of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" and according to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 25, 2019 to No. 850), I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of May 31, 2017 No. 135 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of town-planning conditions and restrictions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 9, 2017 for No. 714/30582.
2. To management of space planning of the territories and architecture () together with Legal department (Huzul V.) to submit to Plashchenko E. this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Natalya Kozlovskaya.
