1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973 "Questions of the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus":
in Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
add Item with subitem 5.7-1 of the following content:
"5.7-1. realizes state policy in the field of above-standard construction in progress, including determines operating procedure with objects of above-standard construction in progress and criteria of their involvement into economic circulation, and also will organize and coordinates work of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs on decrease in quantity of objects of above-standard construction in progress and the prevention of their emergence;";
to exclude from subitem 5.21 of the word "and procedure for the organization and holding procedures of purchases when constructing facilities";
to state Item 16 of appendix 1 to this resolution in the following edition:
"16. Republican unitary enterprise "Managing Company of Belarusian Glass Company Holding.";
1, of 8, of 10, of 12, of 14, of 18, of 23, of 27, 38 and 42 appendices 2 to this resolution to exclude Items;
