1. To state the name and the deciding part of the resolution in the following edition:
"About approval of the Procedure and conditions of payment to some categories of the military personnel of one-time money allowance in case of dismissal from military service";
"Approve the Procedure and conditions of payment to some categories of the military personnel of one-time money allowance in case of dismissal from military service which are applied.".
2. According to the procedure and the conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of dismissal by the serviceman called on military service in connection with mobilization approved by the specified resolution:
1) the name of the Procedure and conditions to state in the following edition:
"The PROCEDURE and conditions of payment to some categories of the military personnel of one-time money allowance in case of dismissal from military service";
