About licensing of activities for technical protection of confidential information
According to the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of activities for technical protection of confidential information.
2. Determine that the licenses for activities on technical protection of confidential information provided in accordance with the established procedure before adoption of this resolution are valid before the termination of the term specified in them.
3. Recognize invalid:
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2002 N290 "About Licensing of Activities for Technical Protection of Confidential Information" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 18, the Art. 1775);
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 23, 2002 N689 "About Modification of the Regulations on Licensing of Activities for Technical Protection of Confidential Information" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 39, the Art. 3790);
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2003 N64 "About Modification of the Regulations on Licensing of Activities for Technical Protection of Confidential Information" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 7, the Art. 639);
Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning licensing of the separate types of activity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 17, 2004 N807 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 52, by the Art. 5479).
