About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Local Self-government in the City of Yerevan"

Article 1. No. ZR-5 "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 12 of the Law of December 26, 2008 with Items 39 and 40 of the following content:
"39) the procedure, conditions and restrictions of use of the territory for the organization of services of public catering in summer (from May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (from November 1 to April 30 inclusive) establishes seasons in the territories public adjacent to this object, persons rendering services of public catering in Yerevan;
40) is established by procedure for issue of the permissions provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments", except for types of local duties and payments, the procedure for issue of permissions for which is established by the law or the orders of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. In Item 3 of part 1 of article 60 of the Law of the word of "the objects of services (karaoke, disco, striptease club, sauna, bath and steam room) which are subject to restriction" shall be replaced with words "the objects of services which are subject to restriction, the stipulated in Clause 15.2 Laws "About Trade and Services"".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 60 of the Law with item 4 of the following content:
"4) in the territory of Yerevan issues to persons rendering services of public catering, permission to the organization of services of public catering in summer (from May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (from November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons in the territories public adjacent to this object.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
