1. Approve the enclosed Rules of functioning of the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade activity (further - Rules).

2. Determine that:

federal executive bodies send to the operator of the information system "One Window" in the field of foreign trade activity (further - the One Window system) for preparation of the conclusion the drafts of legal acts regulating the questions connected with creation, development and operation of the One Window system, provision (execution) of services (functions), implementation of the state control (supervision) with use of the One Window system, with creation of the information systems assuming interaction with the One Window system or its components, and (or) change of procedure for functioning of the information systems interacting with the One Window system;

the operator of the One Window system has the right from the date of receipt of drafts of the legal acts specified in the paragraph the second this Item to provide to 15-day time to federal executive bodies the conclusion on these projects.

3. The realization of this resolution is enabled by federal executive bodies within the number of employees of their central offices and territorial authorities, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the specified federal executive bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

Creation, development and operation of the One Window system is performed within realization of the mechanism of "one window".
