Article 30.12 to add 1) with parts 6 and 7 of the following content:
"6. Taken legal effect the resolution on the case of the administrative offense in the field of customs affairs (about customs offense) provided by Chapter 16 of this Code regarding purpose of administrative punishment in the form of confiscation of the tool of making or subject of administrative offense (except as specified if the administrative offense is connected with illicit movement of goods through customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union), decisions by results of consideration of claims, protests can be appealed by person to whom the tool of making or subject of administrative offense belongs on the property right and who is not brought to the administrative responsibility for this administrative offense and is not found judicially guilty of its making, within ten days from the date of the introduction in legal force of the resolution on the case of administrative offense, decisions by results of consideration of claims, protests.
7. In case of the omission of the term provided by part 6 of this Article, the specified term according to the petition of person making the complaint can be recovered by the judge, competent to consider the claim. About variation of this petition determination is taken out.";
