About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the State Non-profit Organizations"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 10, 2021
Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 5 of the Law of October 23, 2001 "About the state non-profit organizations" (further - the Law) words "the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-248 "according to the procedure, approved by the Government".
Article 2. To state part 1 of article 16 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. The capable full age citizen of the Republic of Armenia with the higher education having years of service of public service at least four years or professional working life at least five years or working life in the respective area at least three years can be appointed to position in executive body if other is not provided by the Law.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
