RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF NATIONAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2018 No. 499

Based on the paragraph of the forty fifth of Article 26 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. In appendix 2 to the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the register program and program technical means of members of payment service provider of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2018 No. 499, of the word "SPR 4.03-2018" shall be replaced with words "SPR 4.03-2021".

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
