Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2021 No. 1 "About determination of authorized operators on target use of lump retirement benefits from the single accumulation pension fund for the purpose of improvement of housing conditions and (or) payment of treatment and modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendment:
add Item 3 with part two of the following content:
"Determine that the thresholds of the minimum sufficiency of pension accruals calculated for 2021 according to technique of determination of threshold of the minimum sufficiency of pension accruals are effective till April 1, 2022.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing and is subject to official publication.
