About recognition of the voided order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of December 3, 2004 No. 391
According to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", I ORDER to the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the current legislation:
1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of December 03, 2004 No. 391 "About approval of the Technique of conducting state examination of land management documentation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 21, 2004 for No. 1618/10217 (with changes).
2. To provide to management of regulation of agrarian resources submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Taras Vysotsky.
