Article 1. "About the state non-profit organizations" to state the second offer of the first paragraph of part 5 of article 9 of the Law of October 23, 2001 to No. ZR-248 in the following edition: "Creates the municipal organization on behalf of community, will reorganize and liquidates the Council of Elders of community according to the proposal of the head of community.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
