About introduction of amendments to the Order of the director of Service of information and safety of the Republic Moldova No. 69/2016
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of competent authority in scope of all types of digital signatures and updating of the regulatory base subordinated to the Law No. 91/2014 on the digital signature and the electronic document (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, to Art. No. 174-177, 397), I ORDER:
1. Technical regulations in the field of the strengthened qualified digital signature, the directors of Service of information and safety of the Republic of Moldova No. 69/2016 approved by the Order (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 215-216, Art. 1201), with subsequent changes, to add with Items 34-1 and 34-2 of the following content:
"34-1. Products for the digital signature, in addition to requirements the established Items 33 and 34, shall conform to the requirements provided by the ISO/IEC standard 27034:2018 Information technology. Security techniques. Application security.
34-2. Products shall be developed for the digital signature by the organizations which are certified according to the ISO/IEC standard 27001:2017 Information technologies. Methods and safety controls. Systems of management of information security. Requirements and ISO 9001:2015 of the Quality management system. Requirements".
2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
