1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on claim treatment procedure in the field of public procurements approved by the order of the director of the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 1, 2018 No. 180 (рег. No. 3013 of May 14, 2018) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2018, No. 20, the Art. 427), according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

1. In Item 1 of the word "The Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Further — Authorized Body), Procurement Commission, Her Members, the Operator of Special Information Portal" shall be replaced with words "procurement commission, her members, the operator of electronic system of public procurements".
2. In Item 2 "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "acts of the legislation".
3. In Item 3 of the text in state language to replace the word "eve" with the word "konunchilik".
