About modification of Article 33 of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning provision of information by the National Bank of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Paragraphs the first - the fourth parts three of Article 33 of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with one paragraph of such content:

"3. The National Bank of Ukraine annually, till March 1, provides to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine information necessary for creation of the Budget declaration, the approximate forecast of part of profit to distribution which will be subject to transfer in the government budget. Information provided by this part goes the National Bank of Ukraine according to the procedure of informing".

With respect thereto the fifth - the eighth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the second - the fifth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, but not earlier than day of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather single questions of activities of the National Bank of Ukraine".

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.

3. To the National Bank of Ukraine to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
