Declare invalid the order of the Chairman of Committee on cases of construction of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 14, 2001 No. 170 "About approval of the Instruction for proceedings about administrative offenses by bodies of construction and architectural construction supervision of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 1658 and published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 36-37, of Art. 513.).
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman Karamanov A. U.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
