1. In Item 7 of the Instruction on procedure for the certificate of the wills, powers of attorney and statements equated to notarially certified, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the order of May 25, 2011 No. 111-mkh (reg. No. 2231 of May 25, 2011) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 20-21):
in paragraph three of the word "national passport" shall be replaced with words "the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the car driver license, the ID card";
in paragraph four of the word "military ID" shall be replaced with words "military IDs or ID cards";
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the identity of foreign citizens - their national passport (according to the legislation foreign citizens shall be registered by relevant organs of internal affairs) or the residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the ID card or the diplomatic passport or the accreditation card certifying passing of accreditation in the Republic of Uzbekistan;";
in paragraph six of the word "the residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words "the residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan or the ID card".
