1. Bring in the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 19, 2016 No. 28 "About approval of the form intended for collection of the administrative data "The Report on Appointment and Payment of Cost Recoveries on Training at Home Handicapped Children" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13109) the following change:

be reworded as follows appendix according to appendix to this Order.

2. To provide to development department of policy of the public assistance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aukenov E. M.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
