About modification of the Law "About Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 14, 2021
Article 1. In Item 17 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of April 16, 2020 No. ZR-240 "About confiscation of property of illegal origin" the words "Trial Court of the general jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan" shall be replaced with words "anti-corruption court".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the moment of action of anti-corruption court.
