About entering of amendments into the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law) to add article 13 of the Law of December 12, 2013 with parts 5 and 6 of the following content:
"5. The judge of anti-corruption court, proceeding from the risk degree caused by field of activity in the procedure established by this Law the allowance in the amount of 70 percent of official rate is given.
6. The certain judges of Appeal criminal court considering cases on corruption crimes, and certain judges of Appeal civil court, considering the civil cases initiated in claims for protection of valuable and non-property interests of the state according to the procedure of civil production and in claims for confiscation of property based on the Law "About Confiscation of Property of Illegal Origin" proceeding from the risk degree caused by field of activity in the procedure established by this Law are given the allowance in the amount of 60 percent of official rate.".
1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
2. After entry into force of this Law the Supreme judicial council represents the offer on wages increase of judges of Court of cassation to the Government, having provided the corresponding reasons. In case of the offer on the differentiated wages increase of judges of Court of cassation in reasons the objective basis and the lawful purpose of differentiation are represented.
