About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of management of public finances
For the purpose of acceptance of organizational measures in connection with reform of executive bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also enhancement of management system budget credits, according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 5, 2021 No. 114, articles 13 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 10, 2021 No. 85 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to add the subitem 1 of Item 12 with the paragraph the ninety fifth the following content:
"-performs transactions on finance lease (leasing);";
- add Item 13 with subitem 17-1 of the following content:
"17-1) according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to act on behalf of the state as the founder of legal entities and to perform shareholder rights in economic societies with the state share in the authorized capital;".
