About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 26, 2016 No. 11
According to Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 11 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, and taking into account Item 50 of the Procedure for development, acceptance, change and cancellation of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 20, 2012 No. 48, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. In paragraph four of the Section IV of the Procedure for enforcement of technical regulations of the Customs union in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 26, 2016 No. 11, of the word "production and release into the stream of commerce" shall be replaced with words "production and (or) release into the stream of commerce".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since February 12, 2016.
