About the Procedure for enforcement of technical regulations of the Customs union in the Kyrgyz Republic
According to Item 52 of appendix № 1 to the Protocol of May 8, 2015 on conditions and transitional provisions on application by the Kyrgyz Republic of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, the separate international treaties entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and acts of bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 2 of article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 11 of appendix №2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for enforcement of technical regulations of the Customs union in the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship arising since February 12, 2016.
