1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2004 No. 397 "About some measures for further implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 16, the Art. 208) the following changes:
1) changes in Kazakh are made to Item 1, the text in Russian does not change;
2) the Rules of development and approval of interregional schemes of territorial development approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
3) the Rules of development and approval of complex schemes of town-planning planning of the territories of regions approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
