About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1020/2011 about rates for medical and sanitary services

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1020/2011 about rates for medical and sanitary services (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 7-12, 25), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. Rates of the Catalogue of single tariffs for medical and sanitary services represent the maximum limit of cost of the medical and sanitary services provided for a fee by public medical and sanitary organizations and costs of one service in case of the conclusion by National medical insurance company of service provision agreements by public, private medical and sanitary institutions and public and private partnership.";

To add 2) with Items 4-1 and 4-2 of the following content:

"4-1. Rates of the Catalogue of single tariffs for medical and sanitary services can be approved in the course of the conclusion of contracts with National medical insurance company and other suppliers.

4-2. Rates of the Catalogue of single tariffs for medical and sanitary services can be lowered by public medical and sanitary organizations based on the decision of the commission on assessment of rates created in organization if it the actual costs incurred on rendering paid medical and sanitary services allow.";

3) in appendix No. 3:
