About change of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus

Accepted by the House of Representatives on October 4, 2021

Approved by Council of the Republic on October 4, 2021

Article 1. Bring in the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 1994 the following changes:

1. Add Article 67 with part of the following content:

"Elections of deputies are held in single ballot day.".

2. Add the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus with article 147 of the following content:

"Article 147. Local councils of deputies of the twenty eighth convocation perform the powers prior to the beginning of powers of local councils of deputies, the elected to single ballot day.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
