About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2016 No. 31
Based on paragraphs of the fourteenth and sixteenth of part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for preparation and examination concerning industrial safety approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2016 No. 31, the following changes:
state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. In the presence at the subject of industrial safety is permission (certificate) to the right of holding examination at heads and specialists of the subjects of industrial safety performing operation of the hazardous production facility and (or) potentially dangerous object, being according to requirements of rules for ensuring industrial safety with persons responsible for the organization and ensuring industrial safety in case of operation of these objects issued by the Gospromnadzor according to the legislation on ministerial procedures, person responsible for safe operation undergo examination in the commission of the subject of industrial safety, except for the extraordinary examination which is carried out in case, the specified in paragraph three of Item 11 of this Instruction.";
in part one of Item 22 of the word "NPA, including TNPA" shall be replaced with words "regulatory legal acts (further - the NPA), including technical regulatory legal acts (further - TNPA)".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
