About modification of article 20 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995

Art. I. - Item g) parts (2) article 20 of the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (1995, 34, Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:
"g) covering of expenses on the individual prostheses and consumable materials necessary for postoperative and prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with malignant tumors of the head, neck, the musculoskeletal device and patients with anoftalmiya, partial or total defect of eyeball irrespective of etiology, at the expense of means of the funds of compulsory medical insurance managed by National medical insurance company.".
Art. II. - To the government in two-month time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with it.
