According to the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2021 "About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2019 No. 142 "About some questions of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of digital development, the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER to No. 472:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. To provide to committee on cases of religions of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee on cases of civil society of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee of information of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee on cases of youth and family of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee on development of the interethnic relations of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages electronically in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) notification of registering body on modification of Provisions;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Provision of republican public institution "Committee on cases of youth and family of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The republican public institution "Committee on cases of youth and family of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Committee) is the department of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry) performing management in spheres of the state youth and family policy.

2. The committee performs the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision.

3. The committee is legal entity in form of business of republican public institution, has seals and stamps with the name in state language, forms of the established sample.

4. The committee enters the civil relations from own name.

development of strategic and program documents on the questions which are within the competence of management;

regulating:
