Being guided by the paragraph the eighth article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. In the paragraph the second subitem 11.15.3 of Appendix 9 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 2, 1997 No. 38 "About the questions connected using the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About copyright and the related rights" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 5, Article 320; 2003, No. 9, Article 524; 2004, No. 5, Article 383; 2006, No. 3, Article 297, No. 5, Article 463; 2008, No. 7, Article 683; 2011, No. 4, Article 363; 2017, No. 10, Article 1928; 2018, No. 8, Article 1809; No. 10, Article 1310) the words "employment relationships are established based on the civil agreement" shall be replaced with words 2020, "the civil agreement is signed".
