1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 15, 2010 No. 521 "About determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 30, Art. 4095; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3603; 2017, No. 2, Art. 345; 2018, No. 23, Art. 3293).

2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 15, 2010 No. 521

1. Add Item 2 with the subitem "zh" of the following content:

"g) are the products and (or) materials serving or intended for protection, placement, fixture or separation of goods for the purpose of safety of transportation of goods by road, railway and water transport and (or) observance of specifications of placement and fixture of such loads and concerning which export customs duties in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation are not paid.".

2. In appendix to the specified resolution:

a) in the Section I:

in the subsection "Russian-Finnish Site of Frontier" 4, of 5, 7 and 11 to exclude Items;

in the subsection "Russian-Estonian Site of Frontier" to exclude Item 13;

in the subsection "Russian-Lithuanian Site of Frontier":

Items 16 - 18 to exclude;

add with Item 18 (1) the following content:

in the subsection "Russian-Polish Site of Frontier":

exclude Item 21;
