About determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of goods

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of goods (the FEACN CU codes 4403, of 4404, of 4406), exported by road, railway and water transport, it is performed only from check points through frontier of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

2. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution if they:

a) are exported from the Russian Federation according to special customs procedure;

b) also demonstrations at exhibitions, fairs, the international meetings and other similar actions are held for use;

c) are necessary for ensuring normal operation and maintenance of the Russian ocean (river) ships during their stay outside the territory of the Russian Federation;

d) decrease from the Russian Federation according to customs procedure of re-export if such goods before profit on the territory of the Russian Federation, were in the place of arrival or in other customs control zone located in close proximity to the place of arrival and were not located under any customs procedure;

e) are exported from the Russian Federation in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territories of the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

e) move between the Kaliningrad region and other part of the territory of the Russian Federation;

g) are the products and (or) materials serving or intended for protection, placement, fixture or separation of goods for the purpose of safety of transportation of goods by road, railway and water transport and (or) observance of specifications of placement and fixture of such freights and concerning which export customs duties in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation are not paid;

h) are classified in line items of 4406 and 4407 CN FEA EEU and are taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to the Republic Belarus only by rail through the Russian-Belarusian site of frontier of the Russian Federation, to the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic - only by rail through the railway check points located on the Russian-Kazakhstan site of frontier of the Russian Federation through frontier of the Russian Federation.

3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
