About determination of check points through frontier of the Russian Federation for departure from the territory of the Russian Federation of separate types of goods

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that departure from the territory of the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of goods (the FEACN CU codes 4403, of 4404, of 4406), exported by road, railway and water transport, it is performed only from check points through frontier of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

2. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution if they:

a) are exported from the Russian Federation according to special customs procedure;

b) also demonstrations at exhibitions, fairs, the international meetings and other similar actions are held for use;

c) are necessary for ensuring normal operation and maintenance of the Russian ocean (river) ships during their stay outside the territory of the Russian Federation;

d) decrease from the Russian Federation according to customs procedure of re-export if such goods before profit on the territory of the Russian Federation, were in the place of arrival or in other customs control zone located in close proximity to the place of arrival and were not located under any customs procedure;

e) are exported from the Russian Federation in state members of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territories of the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union;

e) move between the Kaliningrad region and other part of the territory of the Russian Federation;
