Bring in the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of September 12, 2018 No. 4902-U "About the list of documents which safety insurers, and requirements to ensuring safety of such documents", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 23, 2018 No. 52763, on November 27, 2020 No. 61149, the following changes shall ensure.

1.1. Add Item 7 with new paragraphs of the following content:

"Storage of the documents specified in the List shall be performed by insurance company and society of mutual insurance in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Foreign insurance companies shall store in the territory of the Russian Federation the documents specified in the List, received or constituted by them in connection with implementation of insurance activity in the territory of the Russian Federation through the branches created by them.".
