1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2020 No. 28 "About approval of Rules of accreditation of republican associations of public associations of hunters and subjects of hunting economy, and also public associations of fishers and subjects of fishery, carrying out their accreditation" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19960) the following changes and amendment:

"7. For receipt of the State service the legal entity (further - Uslugopoluchatel) by means of the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the Portal) submits the following documents:
in case of accreditation of association of public associations of hunters and subjects of hunting economy:
1) the statement in form according to appendix 1 to these rules;
2) the electronic copies of documents confirming availability:
on the property right and (or) other legal causes of the equipped rooms for carrying out theoretical rate according to the program of okhotminimum;
website;
branches and (or) representations (in the presence);
special literature in the field of protection of reproduction and use of fauna, methodical materials, benefits and exhibits on okhotminimuma;
