1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accreditation of republican associations of public associations of hunters and subjects of hunting economy, and also public associations of fishers and subjects of fishery, carrying out their accreditation.

2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days of days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of accreditation of republican associations of public associations of hunters and subjects of hunting economy, and also public associations of fishers and subjects of fishery, carrying out their accreditation

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of accreditation of republican associations of public associations of hunters and subjects of hunting economy, and also public associations of fishers and subjects of fishery, carrying out their accreditation (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 40) of Item 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for the organization and carrying out accreditation of republican associations of public associations of hunters and subjects of hunting economy, and also public associations of fishers and subjects of fishery, carrying out their accreditation.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) accreditation - the procedure of official recognition of competence of the applicant by accreditation body to perform works in certain area of assessment of conformity;

2) the subject of accreditation – republican associations of public associations of hunters and subjects of hunting economy, and also public associations of fishers and subjects of fishery (further – association);

3) hunting minimum (further – охотминимум) – the special short course of the training program considering questions of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna, safe engineering when hunting which knowledge is the compulsory provision for certification of the hunter;

4) authorized body – authorized state body in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fauna;

5) department of authorized body – specialized division of authorized body.
