Bring in the Regulations on production, storage, sale of brands of the excise tax and marking of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 1251 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 1, Art. 35; 2020, No. 17, the Art. 675, No. 89, the Art. 2891), changes which are applied.

1. To add Item 10 after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Date of receipt of brands of the excise tax the buyer of brands is determined (producer) by approval between the seller of brands and the buyer of brands, but constitutes no more than three working days of date of representation by such buyer of the documents specified in this Item.".
With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the seventh.
2. In paragraph four of Item 23 of the word "cartridges, filling containers and other reservoirs for liquids" shall be replaced with words "reservoirs (packaging) with liquid".
3. To add Item 27 after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The term of utilization of the damaged brands of the excise tax returned to the seller constitutes no more than 120 calendar days from the moment of receipt of such brands by it for their further utilization.".
