About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1128/2016 about the Center for the public centralized procurements in health care
Based on the Law No. 131/2015 on public procurements (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 1128/2016 about the Center for the public centralized procurements in health care (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 353-354, 1210), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in all text:
a) the words "Ministry of Health, Work and Social Protection" in any case shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding case;
b) the text "drugs, other means of medical appointment, medical products, specialized medical transport, services in servicing of the medical products and information systems included in the medical Register, services in processing and utilization of medical waste" in any grammatical form and the text "drugs, medical products, specialized medical transport, services in servicing of the medical products and information systems included in the medical Register, services in processing and utilization of medical waste" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "goods and services" in the corresponding grammatical form;
c) the text "bodies of the power / budgetary institutions" in any grammatical form to replace with the text "budget bodies / organizations" in the corresponding grammatical form;
2) in the resolution:
a) 3) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) Regulations on the public centralized procurements of goods and services for needs in health care system, according to appendix No. 3;";
b) in Item 3 of figure "23" to replace with figures "30";
3) in appendix No. 1:
a) "state" to add Item 3 after the word with the word of "centralized";
