1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 540 "About approval of Rules of transportation of passengers, baggage and loads on air transport" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12115) the following changes:

Modification of the ticket is performed by airline with the consent of the passenger, or the authorized agent with the consent of airline and the passenger.

The passenger is allowed to transportation in case of registration on it the valid paper ticket or the electronic ticket issued by airline or the authorized agent.

In case of paper registration, the passenger is allowed to transportation in the presence of the paper ticket.

The number of the sold tickets cannot exceed the actual quantity of available passenger seats on the aircraft.";
