About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Management of the Apartment Building"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on July 1, 2021
Article 1. No. ZR-334 "About management of the apartment building" (further - the Law) to add article 2 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"upgrade of the apartment building - works on repair, recovery, reconstruction of common ownership of the apartment building and its separate parts, recovery of indicators of operation of engineering systems and the equipment, their replacement and increase in comfort, implementation of actions for energy saving, other works which are leading to long saving of energy or water, and also increasing the cost of the apartment building and for a long time improving its condition.".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 10.1 of the following content:
"Article 10.1. Works and actions for upgrade of the apartment building
1. By the decision of meeting of owners, except obligatory regulations, the stipulated in Clause 10 these Laws, works and actions for upgrade of the building can be also provided.
2. The works specified regarding 1 this Article are performed without the fragmentary changes changing appearance of the building in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and with observance of regulations and rules, and cannot lead to reduction of common ownership of the building.
