About modification of the Procedure for carrying out confirmation of conformity of registration data of physical person to data of the State register of physical persons taxpayers on requests of subjects of the information relations
According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER:
1. Make changes to the Procedure for carrying out confirmation of conformity of registration data of physical person to data of the State register of physical persons taxpayers on requests of subjects of the information relations approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 13, 2015 No. 1007, registered on November 17, 2015 for No. 1443/27888, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work in accordance with the established procedure:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Lyubchenko Alexey.
