About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine

Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 8, 2016 No. 376 "Some questions of the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 51, Art. 1802; 2020, No. 41, the Art. 1320), having added with its subitem 8-1 of the following content:
"8-1) performs preparation and representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of offers on application, cancellation and modification of special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for consideration of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" on the questions which are within its competence;".
