About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Procedure for the admission to profession of the private contractor approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 25, 2016 No. 3053/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 7, 2016 for No. 1445/29575, such change:
in the Section IV:
the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"copy of the document on confirmation of level of free ownership of state language;".
2. Bring in the Regulations on the Disciplinary commission of private contractors approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 27, 2017 No. 3791/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2017 for No. 1442/31310, the following changes:
The paragraph third to state 1) in Item 5 in the following edition:
"The private contractor can be delegated to the Disciplinary commission under condition if he was not brought to disciplinary responsibility.";
Item 15 after paragraph one to add 2) with the new paragraph the second the following content:
"During vote members of the Disciplinary commission have one voice and can vote pro or contra.".
